Appointment Guidelines

We look forward to meeting you and showing you our range of beautiful dresses. Here are our guidelines for your appointment-

• All our visits are strictly by appointment only. As appointments are often made back to back, it would be very much appreciated if you could arrive on time so that we are able to give you the full attention and time you require.
• Due to our time constraints, all appointments are limited to 45 minutes as we wish to give all clients the attention they deserve.
• Please bring your key decision makers with you only. Our space is small, there is only one dressing room and we want everyone to feel comfortable trying on their dresses. If you have guests with you or designated drivers, they can always relax with a cup of coffee and cake at one of the local cafes.
• Please note that we carry samples and stock in our showroom. It is not possible for us to carry every size and colour in each style as we offer a wide range of colours, sizes and styles made to order. However, we do try to have a wide availability of sizes in the showroom and our consultants are of course on hand to assist with sizing, colour swatches or styling recommendations.
• Some styles may be in stock and can be purchased on the day – please advise us if you wish to purchase styles on the day so we can prepare them for you. Made to order dresses require 4-10 weeks for making and delivery.
