Returns

We happily offer Free Returns for Store Credit within Australia on all our full priced items, unworn and within 14 days of delivery, Australia wide.

Simply grab your order number & email online@nicolangela.com to arrange a return.

If you live outside Australia we are unable to offer you a Free Return, however please email online@nicolangela.com and request a merchandise return number and we'll reply with your nearest return address, closely followed by a Store Credit if applicable.

If you're bought your item on sale, we're unable to offer you a Store Credit unless the item is faulty.

If we've customised, altered or made to order a garment for you, we're unable to offer you a Store Credit. 

Earrings and undergarments are unable to be returned for a Store Credit due to hygiene reasons. 

Made to order and customised garments ordered in our showrooms require a deposit upon placement of order with the balance payable upon completion. Cancellation of order forfeits deposit paid and we are unable to offer a store credit for cancelled orders.
