How do I order??
It’s easy. Simply select an item from anywhere on this site, choose your preferred color, size and the quantity you want and then add to your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, go to your shopping bag and review your choices. Once you’re happy with what you have click to go to the CheckOut. If you are a new customer, you will need to enter your details. If you have shopped with us before and saved your details, enter your email address and password. From there, follow the prompts for your delivery address, payment details and billing address (if different from your delivery address)
How do I know if you have received my order??
When you make an order you will receive a confirmation email from us acknowledging this. The acknowledgement will contain your order number and details of the goods ordered. This is confirmation that your purchase has been made and your card has been charged. When your goods have been dispatched to you, we will send you an order dispatch email.
Where do you deliver to and how much does it cost??
Nicolangela Pty Ltd delivers products worldwide using Australia Post, Couriers Please & Toll. We offer free shipping within Australia.
Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Stock orders are dispatched within 1 business day and shipping times are estimated between 2-10 business days depending on your location within Australia or International. Please refer to Shipping & Delivery to determine delivery within your area. Made to Order Garments are despatched within 4-6 weeks.
Where are your dresses made??
Nicolangela is proud to be all Australian Made. Our designs are organically created, cut, made & despatched from our studio in Melbourne.
How can I try-on or see the gowns before I order??
There are many options to try our dresses before you order.
Order a Sample Pack, your dress of choice is sent to you with full colour fabric samples, a tape measure and easy to follow order form.
I've received my order however it's not suitable, how do I return??
If you wish to return something you have purchased, request a Merchandise Return Number within 7 days of receipt of your order by contacting the NICOLANGELA returns department by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please state your order number in the subject bar and detail which items you wish to return. An MRN will be issued to you. Be sure to include your Merchandise Return Number with your return parcel and sign. Post item and documentation at your local post office. Please be sure to note your tracking number. Please note we offer free shipping within Australian however we do not offer a free returns policy.
Nicolangela offers many unstructured free size dresses within the collection. These dresses are created by extensive fittings on women in all different shapes and sizes. You will notice dresses will have “One Size – fits a size 8-14” This gown will fit AUS/AU Sizes 8, 10, 12 & 14. These gowns generally have an elasticised waist and a belt feature to ensure the perfect fit and proportion. These dresses are not “body con” fitted dresses, the clever use of draping and cut ensures the gowns are flattering on all shapes and sizes.
My bridesmaids all live in different places, how can I get them to try on the dresses??
We offer a Sample Pack to be delivered directly to you as a solution. The sample pack arrives to you with your choice of gown, full fabric colour samples to choose from, a tape measure and easy to follow order form. The Sample pack is the cost of the gown however is fully refundable upon return should the dress not be suitable.
Can I wear a bra with the Goddess covertible & multiway dresses??
Nicolangela’s convertible and multiway dresses can be worn with a bra with most bodice options other than the one shoulder option. We offer a bandeau to match all of our jersey dresses should you wish to wear a strapless bra.
I'm ordering dresses for my bridesmaids however one bridesmaid is very tall, what do I do??
Nicolangela offers a Made to Order collection for this variety. Navigate to the Made to Order collection on the website, & choose the style you would like. Once you have decided on style and colour choose the best size for your girls, extra length is an option on all of our made to order styles. Gowns are made with an extra 10cm in length.
I want to get flower girl dresses made in the same colour as the dress, can I buy fabric from you??
Yes you can, simply choose the “Fabric” option when ordering your Made to order dresses, we offer the fabric at $40 per metre and the fabric is 150cm wide. Order your fabric at the same time as you order your dresses to ensure it is from the same dye lot.
The Goddess and Diva gown look very low cut can I wear a bra with this dress??
Yes you can wear a bra with these styles. A slight alteration can be made to these dresses to cover your bra strap however many women find it’s not necessary. Simply try your dress on with the bra you will be wearing & pin the centre front & back point where you would like the neckline to crossover. Remove the dress and sew a small hand stitch to catch the centre front and centre back of the dress where you have pinned.
Can I make changes to my order??
We cannot change your order in any way as we start to process your order as soon as we can after we receive it. This includes adding to as well as removing items from your order.
Are alterations included in the price??
As alterations are specific to each client and garment alterations are at an additional cost. Alterations can only be arranged through an appointment at our studio and only for gowns we make.

Alteration costs are as follows however vary from style and complexity of the alteration.
Custom length for lined gown with train levelling and hemming – $150

What happens if I notice that my personal details are incorrect after I have completed the ordering process??
If you realize your personal details are incorrect once you have completed the ordering process please contact our Customer Service team on email@example.com ensuring you include your order number.
What happens if an item on my order is not available??
If an item you have ordered is unavailable when we come to dispatch it you will be informed by email that we are unable to ship that item. If the item you have ordered is able to be made or currently being made, we will notify you of the delivery date & give you the option to wait or refund the item. We will ship any remaining items that you have ordered.
Can I get a fabric sample??
Yes you can, Fabric samples cost $5. Contact us to request the colour sample you are after.
I am after a specific colour that isn't shown on your site, can you do other colours??
We have many different suppliers to source fabrics from, please contact us with a colour reference you are after. Custom colours not available on our website often require an additional fee, the cost will be quoted to you once sourced.
I would like to try your dresses on, which boutiques stock your dresses in my area??
Nicolangela has select stockists throughout Australia. Please contact us with where you are located and which styles you are after and we can advise you where to find the dresses.
I want to order dresses for my bridal party, how do I make sure they are all the same colour??
For Bridal Party orders, it is best to place your order together so that we can ensure the dresses will be exactly the same colour and cut from the same batch of fabric. The Fabric colours can change slightly due to dying of the fabric rolls so if you do need a number of dresses to match we recommend ordering all dresses on the same day and including the Brides Name in the order information so we know the orders are for the same party.
How much time should I allow for me dresses to be made??
Once you have decided on the colour and style you wish to have made to order we suggest you place your order. Colours and styles change seasonally so we advise you to order early to avoid disappointment with discontinued colours and styles.
We recommend placing orders at least 4 months prior to the wedding or required date however we aim to have orders fulfilled as quickly as possible. The dresses generally take 4-6 weeks to make once payment has been received in full however can take longer at busy times of the year and due to fabric availability. We suggest ordering with sufficient time to avoid disappointment!
Can I place a rush order??
Yes we offer a rush order service of 2 weeks on our Made to Order dresses at a cost of $50 per dress. Please type “RUSH ORDER” in the notes section of your order with the date the dress is required when placing your order. Please note rush orders are subject to our production schedule.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse or store??
Unfortunately it is not possible to pick up orders from our studio, warehouse or stores.
